I experienced a software problem and called in the online help-desk from pcsuppor 24x7 and it was within seconds that a first adivsor, Tony, reacted on my problem. He then introduced me to his colleague Brian. It was quite a serious problem and Brian spend more than 1 hour online with me. From time to time he asked me to do this or that, and after he fixed the problem he did a complete check of my pc, and finally improved speed considerably."

I was helped tremendously by your support team and in particular, Brian. He was very professional and went, in my opinion, above and beyond his duty to help me get through the installation, scanning and fixing problems that I was having. I would like to commend your support staff for their professional approach resolving the PC registry issues I had.
I believe Colon with his on line expert analysis and repair of my PC's viability and the re-installation of your " free registry fix" software did a superior job, along with Franks initial support assistance.

Dear mr Collin,
The problem after installing Free Registry Fix has been solved in an outstanding way. This morning I run this program and the program was responding in the correct way.
So you made me very happy!! This was the first time that I was confrontate with remote help. I expierenced this as an effective way as an support tool.
The cleaning of the C: drive took quite a while but is was also done correctly.
